The largest breed in the American Class, the Jersey Giant, has appropriately been nicknamed the ‘Gentle Giant’.  They are not only huge, they are gorgeous.  The Blue Jersey Giants are slate blue with dark feathers on their legs. They are average layers That produce a considerably larger egg than most.
